Are you a precise and passionate craftsperson with a love for watches and mechanical engineering? We are looking for a skilled and motivated watchmaker to join our team in building high-quality timepieces and movements. This role combines traditional craftsmanship with technical innovation.

Location

This is a full-time position based at our workshop in Dordrecht.
Candidates are expected to work on-site. Housing can be arranged if required.

Responsibilities

• Assembling and finishing mechanical watches and movements

• Inspecting, testing, and regulating components and complete watches

• Contributing ideas and technical input for the development of new watch movements

• Supporting prototyping and continuous improvement of existing models

• Working with precision tools and fine mechanical components

• Performing basic machining work on lathes and milling machines when required

Requirements

• Experience as a watchmaker

• Strong affinity with mechanics, precision work, and high-end finishing

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Technical insight and interest in product development

• Experience operating manual or CNC lathes and milling machines is considered a strong advantage

• A WOSTEP qualification is preferred, but not required

• Ability to work independently as well as within a small, passionate team

• Enthusiasm for cars and/or motorcycles is considered a plus ;)
